I just bought the Motorola c261 for net10 prepaid and it functions alright. My only gripe about this phone is the lack of a date display and user unfriendliness of the functionality. The additional steps it takes to adjust the volume, change the alarm, find people in the address book, and the phone just takes too long to power up.

This phone is freakin sweet ! The pictures are great. And better, the pictures you take in the dark are good also. If there is any cheap phone you should get it is the motorola c261.

The Motorola C261 cell phone is actually very nice. Tracfone is a bit more expensive than other plans, but the phone is nice. Nice camera and the screen is very vivid with colors. but the only way to transfer pictures to a computer is via MMS unless you buy a cable from like India. I have the red one and it kind of looks like the MOTO SLVR. and like a before review said, i'm having trouble with the space button during txting too. but in all, it's a nice phone.

I've had the Motorola C261 cell phone for about a month now and I have it through tracfone... all I can say is that it is a really good phone. The only thing I regret is that I wish you could personalize it a little more, like I wish they had face-plates for it, and I wish it had real music tones. (I think somehow you can but I forget how). Other than that, its really cute and the camera takes good clear pictures (especially when you have it set on night lighting conditions), everything is organized well, the games are fun, and the calls are clear and the text messaging is easy to use. The memory is a little small and, as far as I know, the only way to transfer pics to a PC is via MMS'ing it to your email. The phone is very durable, the screen is impressively big (for a cheap phone), and like I said the design is pretty hot. I definitely think its one of the better deals out there.
