Most Helpful Customer Reviews of the LG VX9900 enV (Verizon Wireless)
Customer Rating: 3.3

The LG VX9900 has many fine qualities such as ease of use and call quality. It falls short in overall construction quality. I have owned two of them now and they are very cheaply made. If you own one for much more than a couple of months, the buttons will start sticking and the battery becomes loose, frequently turning the phone off. I recommend buying a more sturdy phone.

I bought the LG VX9900 for my son's 14th birthday. He loves it. I think what he enjoys most is being able to surf the web, view myspace, and watch videos all on his phone. The only thing I do not like is that he is always working his fingers texting his buddies. The negative I have in regards to the phone is the battery does not last very long, but that could be because of how much my son's using it. The phone is great. I could not have made a better choice.

I've had the LG VX9900 for almost a month now and there are things that I like and dislike about it. The things that I dislike are the call quality not being as good as the last cell phone I had. I don't care for the external keyboard either. Since the keys are flat, I find it more difficult to find the keys and hit the correct keys. My biggest complaint is the battery life. I do a lot of texting on the QWERTY keypad so having the keypad open maybe runs the battery down a lot faster, but I am lucky to get three days from the battery. I do like this cell phone because of some of the neat features that it has. Plus when I receive my rebate from Letstalk.com, it will be free. I would say buy this device, but do not pay full price.

My son and I love our new LG VX9900 cell phones. We have many great features that allow us to communicate with each other with ease, but also to communicate with our friends and family. The flip access to the keyboard allows us to text very easily. I also like my new cell phone provider because I am getting more for my money. Buying my phone through letstalk.com was awesome and very user friendly.

The LG VX9900 is a very nice phone. Only problem is that I am constantly hitting the keys because they are exposed. If I had to do it over again, I would go back to a flip phone or slider; basically, anything that covers the keys. The QWERTY keyboard is great for texting, but the reason I got it was to add e-mail access in the future. The camera is also really awkward to use.
