I would never buy a Samsung product again.Phone started a LCD bleed soon after purchase.After returning the product to Samsung for repair, it was returned to me in same condition. It took several phone calls to find out that LCD bleed is not covered under warranty. Gee I wonder why Samsung is allowed to call it a warranty at all?

I had a great experience with the Samsung SGH-A437 purchase and use of the phone. Although all the customer service people were helpful, we just couldn't get the correct car charger for the phone. I must admit that after the third try, the return of the purchase price of the accessory in question was promptly agreed to. I would consider buying again from Let's Talk.
