This phone is so slow. Has a lot of glitches in it, goes blank for no reason. Will not dial out on first try. My husband has a lot of trouble with it.

Love the phone!! I use it more than I use my laptop. Battery does get low pretty fast but that's because I'm using the phone for everything!

Love this phone! Both my husband & I got the same phone. This was his first real smartphone, and he loves it! All he had wanted before was a basic phone, but he can't keep his hands off the HTC Sensation. This is my third or fourth smart phone, and HTC Sensation is my favorite by far. (I've had I-phone, Droid, etc.) Easy to use, plenty of space, easy to customize, clear phone calls, great size-fits right in my hand-not too light, not too heavy. The 4G is better than my Wi-Fi connection and using the phone to connect to our netbooks is a breeze. We both highly recommend this phone!

Absolutely love this phone...when it is functioning. The battery runs out before the day is over when I am unable to recharge and the phone becomes totally inoperable. The phone itself is state of the art.

I have the HTC Incredible from Verizon; I am droping Verizon and going to T-Mobile because the HTC Sensation is another great phone from HTC. My Incredible works great but I am cancelling Verizon for the T-Mobile Sensation. I'll let you people know if it's a great phone like my HTC Incredible.
