This phone does not respond quickly to buttons when pressed. For example, to get a phone number off of your list pressing the up key and then the corresponding key for the letter does not work unless you wait more that two seconds for it to respond. The call quality is not so great. When in full 3 bars it can take 2-3 times to get a call to go out. I do not recommend this phone.
The battery is also not very good. It should last 3-4 days in a digital field but will only go 1.5 days at best and if you talk for any length of time, it will need to be charged.

The phone works just fine but I keep hitting the volume button and vibrate button on the side of the phone when I am holding it while talking. I have to hold it by the end so I don't push these buttons. It takes getting used to.

I thought you guys were legit, as you were recommended by Consumer Reports. Well, you exceeded my expectations in terms of great price, straight shooting, and fair dealing . Thanks for your most helpful web site and outstanding customer service! ps I just got the phones so no assessment of product just yet. I did OK so I could submit this.

I got this phone because the reviews said it was a good phone for older people. I have razors and like them a heck of a lot better then this phone. Service is spotty where places my razor works this phone drops calls or cuts out. I am constantly saying Can you hear me now? NOT a phone I would get again, I will be returning it.

Nice phone for a basic one, but the battery life is horrible and unpredictable. I have 2 of these on my plan, and both have the same problem. I've had 3 replacement phones, and a replacement battery. Still poor battery problems after 3 weeks on the battery. Would not recommend it.

I should not have expected much, since the w315 is an "entry-level" phone, but the exterior LCD display was damaged within two weeks just from being in my pocket. There was no excessive pressure, no valid reason to cause the display to "leak", but that outside display is now un-usable. The interior main display is still ok. I would not recommend this phone to anyone who plans to actually use it.

The charger is difficult to plug into the Motorola w315, not a smooth intake plug. Contact speaker is too easily pressed when phone is removed from the pocket.

The Motorola W315 cell phone is a basic phone that has good quality but does not live up to motorola's recent rush for slim and feature crammed phones. It is best for people who only need to call. For example, my dad.
